Seele's Best Teammates in Honkai: Star Rail, Ranked
Build the best Honkai: Star Rail Seele team with Silver Wolf, Bronya, Fu Xuan, and Tingyun to fuel her extra turns, crits, and Quantum dominance.
I have a confession: when I first pulled Seele, I genuinely believed she could carry every fight while the rest of my team just stood there looking pretty. Then I hit a Quantum-resistant boss, and suddenly my squad felt less like an elite space crew and more like four confused trash cans rolling downhill. Seele is a Quantum Hunt unit, which means she is fast, single-target, and absolutely devastating—but only if she has teammates who actually support her specific brand of chaos.

As a normal player in 2026, I have learned the hard way that synergy beats raw rarity every single time. Seele burns through Skill Points like I burn through snacks during a boss fight, and she wants extra turns, more crit, and enemies that do not get to move. So here is the crew I actually trust to make her shine.
Why Seele Needs Specific Teammates
Seele’s kit lives on speed and extra actions. She gets bonus SPD from her Traces, she can chain extra turns after kills, and her Ultimate exists to delete priority targets. That sounds wonderful until you realize she will happily drain your entire Skill Point budget in one turn. The right teammates either feed her more turns, fix her Skill Point hunger, keep her alive, or make the enemy weak enough that she does not have to work so hard.
| Teammate | Path | Combat Type | Main Job |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver Wolf | Nihility | Quantum | Implant Quantum Weakness |
| Bronya | Harmony | Wind | Extra turn + big damage buff |
| Fu Xuan | Preservation | Quantum | Damage mitigation + mono-Quantum |
| Tingyun | Harmony | Lightning | ATK buff + Energy charge |
| Lynx | Abundance | Quantum | Healing + mono-Quantum support |
| Luocha | Abundance | Imaginary | Passive healing + Skill Point savings |
| Welt | Nihility | Imaginary | Slow + action delay |
| Yukong | Harmony | Imaginary | Crit and ATK steroids |
| Natasha | Abundance | Physical | Debuff cleanse + healing |
| Dan Heng | The Hunt | Wind | Secondary DPS + SPD reduction |
Silver Wolf: The Quantum Cheat Code
Silver Wolf is the character who made every Seele main breathe a sigh of relief. Her Skill can implant a Weakness on an enemy, and that Weakness is based on your team’s combat types. If you run a mono-Quantum squad, she makes enemies weak to Quantum whether they like it or not. That means Seele never has to sit in the corner uselessly because of an unlucky resistance roll.

The downside? Silver Wolf and Seele together can eat Skill Points like a competitive eating contest. You will need characters who can regenerate Skill Points or simply avoid using their own Skills too often.
Bronya: Seele’s Actual Soulmate
If you played Honkai Impact 3rd, you already know that Bronya and Seele are basically inseparable. In Honkai: Star Rail, Bronya’s Skill lets a teammate act immediately while also giving a DMG buff. That is better than an ATK buff, and it plays perfectly into Seele’s extra-turn shenanigans. Her Ultimate then boosts ATK and Crit DMG for the whole team.

Seele already gets plenty of free crit from her Traces, but Bronya pours gasoline on that fire. A well-built Seele can take multiple actions before the enemy even remembers it was supposed to attack.
Fu Xuan: The Quantum Bodyguard
Fu Xuan is the Preservation unit that lets you live the mono-Quantum dream. Her Skill creates a Matrix of Prescience that transfers a chunk of ally damage to her, and she can keep the team alive without hogging Skill Points. She also happens to be Quantum, which means she slots right into a Silver Wolf team without diluting the Weakness implant pool.

If you want Seele to just keep attacking without worrying about her health bar, Fu Xuan is the friend you need.
Tingyun: The Living Battery
Tingyun is a four-star Harmony character who buffs an ally’s ATK with her Skill and, more importantly, helps charge their Energy with her Ultimate. For Seele, this means you can sometimes fire off two Ultimates in a single turn. That is exactly as broken as it sounds.

Her buff lasts up to three turns, but it only affects one ally at a time. Fortunately, Seele is the obvious target.
Welt: The Slow-Motion Button
Welt is an Imaginary Nihility character who slows enemies and delays their actions. When you break an enemy with Imaginary, they also get slowed. Since Seele wants as many turns as physically possible, slowing the enemy gives her more room to chain attacks.

It is a simple game plan: make the enemy slower, make Seele faster, and watch the turn order become a Seele highlight reel.
Lynx and Natasha: The Healer Department
Healers are non-negotiable in late-game content. Lynx is special because she is Quantum, so she can complete a mono-Quantum core with Silver Wolf and Fu Xuan. She heals over time and can even redirect enemy attacks toward Preservation or Destruction teammates.

Natasha, on the other hand, is the accessible debuff-cleansing machine. Her heal can also remove debuffs, which matters because shields do not stop damage from late-game debuffs. Seele does have a Trace that lowers her chance of being attacked at low health, but that is not a real defense plan.

Yukong and Dan Heng: The Situational Friends
Yukong brings ATK, Crit Rate, and Crit DMG buffs after her Skill and Ultimate, but she requires careful speed tuning. Seele’s naturally high SPD makes it easier to hand those buffs to the right character. Dan Heng is a second Hunt unit who can slow enemies on Crit hits, but running two Hunt characters can drain your Skill Points fast. If you alternate Basic Attacks and Skills, the pairing works surprisingly well against single-target bosses.
Final Thoughts
The original list I found had a mysterious gap at number one, so I am officially giving that spot to Seele’s own extra turns. Because honestly, when Seele is on the field and the team is built around her, the real number one is the destruction she leaves behind. Build around her hunger for Skill Points, feed her turn after turn, and she will handle the rest.
